Pumpkins
|
Sure, you can buy pumpkins at the
grocery store, but coming to Wickham
Farms to pick out the perfect pumpkins
is where family memories are made. Taking
a cart (the little ones love to hop in)
and going through the rows and rows of
pumpkins, or out to our field, to find
just the right ones. We even have a
variety of hard-to-find specialty pumpkins
to make your fall display unique.

Fall Fun Attractions
|
- Our three-acre corn maze opens in mid-August. Its price
and size makes it perfect for families with younger
children. You can find your way through it in 30 - 45
minutes. And there's a great lookout bridge, too! The cost is $5 per
person; kids 2 years old and younger are free.
- Little ones love our kiddy train ride which has arrived for the season.
The train runs regularly on the weekends. On weekdays, we'll run the
train if staffing allows; stop in the barn and ask! The cost is $1.50
per ride; 4 rides for $5.
- A hay ride around the pumpkin field is fun for the whole
family. See if you can spot the homes of the three little
pigs. They run on weekends in October. The cost is $1.50 per ride; 4
rides for $5.
- Our jumping pillow, mini golf and batting cages are open from
May through October. See Family Fun for
costs.
- Our free fall activities include a carved pumpkin
display that's not too dark or scary and photo spots
(perfect for scrap bookers). That's in addition to
our usual free pretend cow for milking, play set, antique
tractor, and farm animals.

Fall Decor
|
Sprucing up the home makes the season
fun, whether or not you have children
at home or trick-or-treaters in the
neighborhood. We carry everything
you need to decorate inside and outside,
including mums, corn stalks, gourds,
ornamental corn, as well as decorative items in
our gift shop.

Fall Fare
|
- In addition to our usual menu, we often grill hot dogs and
BBQ chicken on nice weekends. We also add hot cider to our
beverage selections.
- Kids will love picking apples from our whimsical orchard
of wooden trees. Apples are priced by the pound.
- We serve freshly baked pies and tarts.
